Last night, Vice Principal Billard was awarded the St. John Baptiste de La Salle Teacher Excellence Award. Erica Billard was acknowledged for her integration of “prayer, art, laughter, story, movement, and surprise that are constants in her classroom.” Especially noteworthy is the acknowledgement that Erica is the first recipient of a Teacher Excellence Award who specializes in early childhood education!
